How it works

A checklist in three steps.

  1. 1

    Pick a template

Start from HVAC, generator, forklift, compressor, kitchen, gym, building or production machine checks, or a blank sheet.

  2. 2

    Make it yours

Reword checks, remove the ones you skip and add your own. Fill in the machine, the site and who checked it.

  3. 3

    Check, then print

Mark pass, fail or N/A and add notes. Print it for the clipboard or save a branded PDF to send on.

The templates

What each checklist covers.

Yes. There is no account to create. Pick a template, change the checks and mark each one pass, fail or N/A. The first time you print or save a PDF, we ask for an email address or phone number, once per device. The checklist itself is not sent to us. It stays in this browser, so you can close the page and pick up where you left off.
