Yes — and we do it with you rather than handing you an import wizard and wishing you luck. Send us your asset list, client list and parts catalogue as Excel or CSV and we map them into Catalyces during onboarding, including historical work orders where you have them. Inside the app, quotation line items can be imported straight from a spreadsheet whenever you need to.

No — visibility is opt-in, one item at a time. A tracking link shows the job status and whichever work logs and documents you have individually marked as public. Parts used and actual start and finish dates are separate toggles you flip per work order. Your pricing, internal notes, inventory and every other client stay invisible, and you can switch a link off again at any moment.

Yes. Catalyces is sold across the United States and the Gulf, and every account sets its own currency, timezone and date format independently — so a team in Dubai or Riyadh sees DD-MM-YYYY dates, local time and AED or SAR on their documents while a team in Texas sees MM-DD-YYYY and dollars. Thirty currencies are supported, including USD, AED, SAR, GBP, EUR and INR. The quotation builder is genuinely useful if you import equipment or parts: it prices landed cost properly, with exchange rate, customs duty, clearing charges, international and local freight, and margin all calculated per line item rather than bolted on at the end. The interface is English only today. Subscription billing is in US dollars regardless of the currency you run your own quotes and reports in.

Every account is isolated at the database level and all traffic is encrypted in transit. Access inside your account is governed by roles you define yourself, down to the individual module and action, and you can restrict a technician to only the work orders assigned to them. Every create, update and delete is written to an immutable audit log with the user attached, so you can always answer who changed what. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. We are not SOC 2 certified yet — if you need a security questionnaire completed, send it over and we will work through it.

You retain full ownership of your data. Before cancellation, you can export all your information (work orders, assets, inventory, clients, reports) in standard formats (Excel, CSV, PDF). We provide a 30-day grace period after cancellation during which you can still access and export your data.
